eight oz. mashed avocado (about 1 cup; about 2 small avocado)
1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp. lime juice
¾ tsp. garlic powder
¾ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. salt
¼ cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
¼ cup chopped pink bell pepper
¼ cup finely chopped pink onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro

1. In a medium bowl, mix avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Combine till easy and uniform.

2. Stir in black beans, pepper, onion, and cilantro.
